Our mission is to ensure that the client whether it’s a one person or a group are happy with our service and not inconvenienced in any way. The emphasis is on personalised service starting right from the time of booking. We are constantly in touch with our drivers just to make sure all is in order and in case of any problem we are able to alert our clients in good time. We also constantly get feedback from our clients as this is an important lesson that helps us understand our clients better to continue providing the services they enjoy.

We believe in training. It is only when you have a competent staff that you can rest assured of the quality of the service you have determined to provide to the clients.

Our policy is to employ the best, in terms of performance and discipline. They are continually under training in client’s safety, general knowledge, customer care, communication skills, public relations, client’s expectations, working procedure, dress code, and to approach issues such as time redemption on a proactive mode, which ensures that our clients are always picked and dropped on time.
